Cork flooring is resistant to mold and mildew for children who love to play on the ground. Cork is unique in that it naturally contains suberin, a substance that deters pests such as mites and cockroaches. Cork flooring does not contain volatile organic compounds.

We have installed an air system with HEPA filters which captures 99.97% of all dust and particles as small as 0.3 microns. They help reduce allergy symptoms, asthma, recurring colds and persistent coughs. In fact, HEPA filters are so effective, they're used in hospital operating rooms.

We have been particularly careful in the selection of our toys and materials. We proudly carry HABA and GRIMMS Waldorf toys that excel in quality, craftsmanship and safety where only non-toxic, water-based paints and lacquers are used.
